That’s why we offer a 30-Day Net 30 Trial, allowing you to experience our services before any payment is due. This trial gives you the opportunity to explore features, see results, and gain confidence in our platform before making a financial commitment.

Exclusions from Net 30 Terms

Net 30 payment terms apply only to the recurring subscription package(s) and services specified in your agreement. One-time fees, including but not limited to onboarding, setup, training, customization, or add-on services, are billed at the time of order and are not eligible for Net 30 terms.

Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Monthly Subscriptions:

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time to avoid future charges; however, all payments already processed, including the first payment after any trial period, are non-refundable. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least five business days before your billing date. After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and your data will be retained for up to 180 days, during which you may choose to reactivate your subscription or request a copy of your data.

  • Annual Subscriptions:

Annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time with a minimum of thirty days’ notice. If canceled within the first thirty days after the initial charge, a refund may be issued in accordance with this policy. After thirty days, all annual subscription payments are final and non-refundable, with no prorated refunds provided for any unused portion. Services will remain active until the end of the paid term, and cancellation will prevent automatic renewal.

  • Usage-Based Charges

Charges for usage-based services, including phone, SMS, and email communications, are non-refundable and billed separately based on actual usage.

Data Responsibility & Account Closure

Before requesting cancellation, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all media assets, customer lists, configured features (including templates, workflows, funnels, and websites), and purchased phone numbers are transferred, exported, or removed. Once cancellation is processed, it is permanent and irreversible, and all associated data—including any phone numbers acquired through the platform—will be permanently deleted. If you wish to retain active phone numbers, you must initiate the porting process before cancellation.

Suspension Option

If you do not wish to cancel but need to pause your service, you may request a temporary suspension of your account to retain your data.
